No FaceTime icon in iPod touch 5th generation

Hi,

I got I ppd touch 5th generation last month but, I noticed there is FaceTime icon is missing

While I checking in settings menu there is no separate settings there for face time.

I noticed in my notification Center there is option of FaceTime baggage

But it's freaky there is no FaceTime icon

Also on contacts menu there is no trigger of FaceTime

 

I am using the same apple ID on iPod touch which I am using on my iPhone 4

 

Also I bought it from UAE.

 

Please help with issue ASAP
