I've tried a lot of times and it won't let me. I tried to download a free app and it says it needs my billing information. I don't want to edit the information I
just want to delete it.

When buying from Itunes Store my payment 'method' is declined?
Trying to buy TV Series through Itunes Store on my PC. Running Itunes 11.0.02. Visa Card is fine for purchases elsewhere. All details are correct on data entry. I have verified account through Appleid and removed held visa details as suggested by Support. I can still download free apps etc. I still receive the same error message ....
Payment Method is Declined.
Please note payment is not declined... its the "method'. So frustrated any assistance is appreciated.

ipod keeps telling me it needs payment information when trying to buy app
ipod touch keeps tell me it needs payment information and when I sign in and submit payment in formation it keeps asking for me to sign in and then payment in formation again . over and over and suggestions?
my payment method is declined on my ipod, what do it do?
