my new ipod touch 5 will not turn on!!! im mad about this can someone helpp me or tell me what to do i tried alot of stuff my ipod just has the spinning circle it will turn on but 5 seconds later it stops and starts spinning again.

Lost all Apps.Reset.Wont stop spinning!

I turned my Ipod Touch 4g off one night and it was normal. Then I turned it on in the morning and all my apps were gone! Even the Apple ones like App Store and Camera.... So I reset the handset. It showed the Apple Logo and it filled up quickly but now its stuck on the spinning wheel and wont reset. Its been stuck for 1 hour now. What should I do?



I need my Ipod Touch!!! 


Also, Itunes isnt detecting my Ipod Touch so I cant eject it!
