My ipod 5 logged me out of imessage and facetime, and when I try to log back in, it says I am using the wrong Apple ID or password. Anyone help?

My ipod 5 logged me out of imessage and facetime, and when I try to log back in, it says I am using the wrong Apple ID or password. Anyone help? It's really bugging me because I know this is the correct username and password
