My Son has an ipod touch 4th generation with iOS 6.1.3
It will not sync Apps, only music.
The apps are in itunes but when we try to sync it appears to go through all the steps (4 & 5 very quickly) but the apps are not downloading.
I've tried everything I can think of.
Help appreciated.

I have an 8+ year old 60 gb IPOD that bit the dust. I actually dropped it into my cats water bowl.
I am going to buy a 4th gen IPOD touch but, need to know how to transfer my music and books from the iTunes on my computer to the new device.

kaz-k, the warranty is irrelevant. A broken screen is not coverd by the warranty and void the warranty on the entire iPod.
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours. I would say not worth it for a 2G iPod

I cant share my music with my daughters iPod. im simply trying to drag and drop. I have shared music previously - what do i do?
I would like to drag and drop all of my songs in my library to my SD card but whenever I try to do so I get an error window saying "Cannot copy (song name) : cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name." I would love for someone to tell me why the simple task of draging and dropping isnt working!!

i bought new music from itunes. it show in my itunes list. it wont load to my touch. i have updated and redownloaded itunes. i have restarted and rest my touch. restarted my computer. but it will sync but the new stuff isnt going into touch. help

I have a yellow (some call it neon green) iTouch 5th Gen 32GB. I was watching something when my music randomly played. Afterwards, it stopped. Suddenly, it kept playing again! Then it kept repeating on off on off. How do I stop this?!?!? It's really annoying.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

i had my ipod synced to my laptop but i had problems with my laptop and had to reset it and now i cant sync my ipod to the laptop i have a lot of important pics and all my favourite music on it but i cant get the photos or music off the ipod i have tried accessing it from the computer multiple times but it just says the ipod is empty

My Ipod Touch 4th generation stays mute. The music keeps pausing itself and won't play. The volume buttons don't help. The other apps on my itouch can't play any sound. How do I fix this? I tried resetting and syncing, but that doesn't help. Everything else works fine.
