i went into my ipod settings and selected the option that resets all of the media on the ipod touch. it went to a black screen with the rotating grey and white circle and has not done anything else for almost a half hour. is this normal ? if not , is there any way that i can fix it?
I am not really worrying about this but yesterday when I swiped to unlocked my iPod touch 5th Generation, my iPod went to the Apple logo and restarted. I know a lot about Apple but I can't explain this. Can someone explain this?
I have a brand new just charged ipod touch 4th generation 32 GB. I have charged it and had it plugged into itunes this afternoon. It has frozen so I've rebooted it and nothing happens except it came to a blue screen. When I reboot it again it goes to a red screen or a purple or blue screen. No response. I've tried different charging cables and different usb cables to my computer with no response. Please help!

I dont know how this works or if this is a glitch but if i log in it takes me like 15s before it reboots again i have a password on it so i cant restore any help?
