After downloading some music on my computer, I tried to sync my ipod (3rd generation). As it often does, it said my ipod didn't have enough space so I deleted skype through settings

My iPod's keyboard/screen is messed up. I need help!
Last month (Jan 4th 2013) I bought an iPod touch 5, it worked fine for the first week but then my keyboard/screen started acting weird. like I would tap on a letter but instead my keyboard taps enter or a number, or I would scroll down but instead my iPod opens an app, stuff like that. Its messed up. First I turned off my iPod (by holding down the sleep button..etc) but it didn't work, so I reset my iPod as a new device that way if it was something related to an app it would be deleted, this worked for 3-4 days but it went back after that. I don't know what's wrong with my iPod I really need help!

My iPod's lock screen lite up for no reason, why?
It wasn't touched, moved or being charged. There was notification or alarm, nothing. I have two iPods, and it's my 4g that's acting strangely. Is this activity normal?

2 Ipods 1 computer alot of music and confusion.......
My stepdaughter and I both have a Ipod touch, our Apple ID's are different, as she got hers first. When she signs on to her account in Itunes she can see all her music that was originally on her Ipod (we recently got a new computer) and everything that came from my Ipod and my MP3 Player and everything from her Ipod shows a cloud beside it. When I sign in under my account name, I can see everything that came from my Ipod and my MP3 Player but nothing from hers and nothing of mine shows a cloud by it. Regardless everything that is showing in my ITunes panel I was able to sync to my Ipod including everything that came from my MP3 player. Even though my stepdaugher can see all the music the only thing that will sync to her IPod is the songs that originally came from it. Are we not able to share music if it was legally purchased from Itunes? I used ITunes match to make everything from my MP3 player legit.

URGENT!! HELP!! Local disks on my iPod's DCIM
Okay so I don't know if anyone has had or having the same problem as me but, 10 local disks have appeared on my iPod's DCIM and it won't let me remove them. I don't know how they got there but I urgantly want them removed right now as they're taking up my iPod's memory.
Please someone help me
I would be forever thankful.
(my iPod is a 4th Generation and I am using Windows 7)
all the ipods in our house are registered to the one email and i tunes account so whe one gets a message on her ipod we all get it, ie no privacey
3 ipods in our house are registered to my email and itunes account, whe one gets a message we all do, how can we each recieve only our own messages.

How do I change my Ipod's name?
I got a 5TH generation Ipod Touch for christmas and I'm giving my 4TH generation to my brother. How do I change my name on the 4TH generation to my brothers name? HELP PLEASE!!!
