My ipod 4th gen just randomly shut off when I was on twitter today. I tried to reset it by pushing the home and lock button down at the same time but it still wouldn't work even after 40 seconds. And it was about 3/4 charged help please!!!!

Where is my Privacy Settings so I can allow my twitter app to have access to my photos?

I accidently hit "Don't Allow" when my twitter app said "Twitter" would like to access your photos. How do I change it so I can be able to post pictures on twitter?
