manage podcasts ipod touch

I'm having trouble managing my podcasts on the latest version of iTunes.  I can't seem to find any way to designate which podcasts I'd like on my device.  I used to put a check beside the ones I wanted.  Any suggestions?

I can't find and manage my photos in itunes

I can't find the photos tab anywhere on my itunes. Because of that I can't manage my photos. and I accidentally synced all of the photos from my pc to my iPod touch and there's no way of deleting it on the device itself. I tried almost everything like changing the screen resolution, re-installing itunes etc. Please help as i've been looking for an answer for a long time now.
