shared icloud folder not showing up?

I made a new icloud folder and shared it with someone else who has an apple ID

For some reason they cannot see it, even though they accepted the sharing.

Is there a delay in loading pictures? Do you have to be on wifi?

New upgrade requires deletion of shared music, is there a way out?
