i have a ipod touch 2g how much is it if i exchaange it for 4th gen at apple store

I have had an ipod touch 2g for about more than 1 year and a half and im wondering how much an ipod touch 4th gen 8gb will cost if i sent in my current ipod for recycling. Please help im desperate
