Computed shutted down while updating iPod touch = Big problem

1:30 AM Computed, Problem, shutted, touch, Updating, while No comments

I had to shut down my computer while updating my iPod touch and now, the only option is to restore the iPod (and lose all that has not been sync). Is there something I can do?
