Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I have a new computer and when I tried to sync my iPod Touch with the new iTunes, it has lost all of my music and videos from my iPod/old iTunes library: including all but 4 songs of my bought songs, videos and audeobooks!

My Facebook app always shuts down randomly and I have tried re starting iPod and re downloading the app

I have had my iPod touch for 4 months and I am experiencing problems with my Facebook app. And a few others as well. Whenever I try to look at pictures on Facebook, the app shuts down without me pressing the home button. I have tried turning my iPod off and them on again, re downloading the app a few times and shutting my wi fi connection off. These methods work for a short amount of time and then the app starts shutting down again. I really need apple to release a new update for iPods to fix the bug my iPod might have. What do you recommend I do to fix this?

i tried to recover my ipod touch and it told me that i have to update to the latest ios first so i did and at the end i got an error- 3194. so please can anyone tell me what to do.

My iPod won't sync properly, I've tried everything! Please help!

It says gets to about 300-400 songs, freezes and says an unknown error occurred (-69). My iPod only has 30 songs on it now. I've formatted it, I've restored it, I've reinstalled iTunes and deleted all associated program files, but it still won't sync. I've had this problem for quite a while now, and I've done the same thing many times already. Can any one help me?

I recently had installed the app instagram onto my iPod touch 4G. I let my cousins play with it then I went back onto my iPod and the instagram icon wasn't there anymore. I had went to the settings , then clicked on general. I went to usage and scrolled until I found the instagram app. I deleted it. After I went to the App Store to reinstall it. Usually where it says install instead there was a gray shaded box the said free. I tried to click on it but nothing happened. I restarted my iPod,went back to the App Store and it still didn't work. I also have iOS 6.2

I tried resetting my ipod touch 4th gen and now It's stuck on the apple logo screen, I've tried holding down the power and the home button but it just turns off for a few seconds and then goes back to the logo screen again. I've also tried connecting it to itunes using my usb but nothing's coming up on there either. Please help, I need to get it fixed as soon as possible.
