My Ipod 4th gen charging dock broke.

iPod Touches don't come with charging docks. Those are additionally purchased items. If it broke and is two years old and out of warranty, then buy a new one.

Apple will not replace a perfectly good iPod Touch that's two years old with a new one at no charge. They may exchange it for a refurbished replacement for a flat fee:

I backed-up my iPod so I could get music from my iPod to the computer and now my iPod broke after backing up, can I get my music back?

I wanted my music from my iPod(The music was on a different computer which is now gone) to my computer so I could put it onto my new iPhone. After I backed it up, my iPod broke and now it won't turn on. We spent ages on the phone to Apple but we just gave up on it. I was wondering since I backed-up my iPod could get all my music from the backup? and since my iPod broke(I dont have warrenty) I could get another one? PS: I have an iPod 4th Generation 32GB.
