loose home button on iPod Touch 5G, IS IT NORMAL?

I just bought an iPod Touch 5G about 2 weeks ago on apple store reselleronmy country, something that i don't realize when buying the ipod is the home button, when on my way home i touched the home button, and its not fit perfectly or not feels tight enough, when i put the finger on the home button the home button will move little bit acording wherever i move my finger, and the home button just feels little bit below the glass, only a really little bit, just not like my friends ipod 4th gen, or my friend iphone 4, and 5, but the peformance of the button have no problem, its responsive as like the other.

i'm kinda worry about this issue, i'm worried this is the faulty of factory.

is is normal? or i need to get to the apple store near me? is there anyone having the same issue? i need the answers fast because of the return policy

Is it normal that my iPod is fully charged in like 1 hour???

Hello, I bought an iPod touch 5th generation in november, it's working great for me, but there's something weird, i have to charge it everyday because I use fb, safari, youtube and some more apps but I noticed that the ipod charges in little time, for like 1 hour and a half and it looks fully charged, is it normal??? I'm scared the battery is damaged or something, i wanted to see how much time it can stand with just music but I can't stop using it for other stuff. Please help.

Ipod Touch 4th Gen battery drains extremely fast, but in sleep mode returns to normal.

I recently bought my ipod from a friend and noticed that whenever I have the screen on the battery drains before my eyes. However if I put it in sleep mode or if I am listening to music the battery will last as long as my brothers ipod. Normally this would not be a problem but after about 10 minutes of playing hill climb racing, the 20% battery left warning comes up and another 10 minutes and the ipod shuts off. The weird thing is is that if I turn it back on and leave it in sleep, it will go back up to 95%ish. I have tried resetting it to factory, and hard resetting it, neither worked. The 6.1 update did not seem to do much either. I am not sure if I have warranty on it and do not know how to check. Any help would be great, thanks!
