I want to buy a certain song, but it says that I have insufficient remaining store credit and it is telling me to sign in. The song that I want to buy costs $0.99 cents and I really want to buy that song. I sign in with my Apple ID password, even though I already signed in. I removed some songs off of my iPod Touch yesterday, and I want to get store credit for that. Instead, I get another screen that says Account Settings. Apple is telling me to choose a Payment Type which is a credit card. I do not have a credit card, so I cannot pay money and I do not want to get charged because I don't have one. I chose None, and it is still not letting me pay for that song. I think that everybody should get store credit if they remove songs.

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3 I have this question too (0) Categories: Music & Video lllaassLevel 10 Level 10 (96,690 points) lllaass Currently Being Moderated Re: Problem with buying a certain song. Jun 9, 2013 3:43 AM (in response to Mikaela Arsenault)

All iTunes/App store sales are final. You do not get credit for deleteing purchases.

Redeem another iTunes gift card.

Cannot access certain websites on Safari

Hi Zach,

Just a thought - check Settings>General>Restrictions, and make sure you don't have restrictions set on for any websites.....

Cheers,

GB

Cannot access certain websites on Safari

I first noticed this when I tried to go to MSN.com. It acts as if it is loading, then it redirects to bing. It will also do this on a different mobile browser. I used to be able to access msn.com. I wonder if it is because of how the website is set up because careerbuilder.com will not work on windows 7 but on xp. It seems to have started after some of the latest iOS updates. Thanks

iPod not playing some certain songs?

I noticed recently that my iPod touch (4th gen, 8 gb) simply will not play certain songs. I downloaded Foo Fighters greatest hits and High and Dry by Radiohead. The Radiohead song and some of the Foo Fighters songs would show up on my iPod but wouldn't play. I tried skipping to different parts of the song, but it still would not work. I tried playing it on my iPad Mini, which worked. By the way, it was all downloaded legitimately from iTunes, not a CD. Thanks.

Can iDevices be compromised? Hacked? Have r.a.ts installed? Can certain apps be controlled and not other, like chrome?

As far as I can gather online, all iDevices are very secure. Is this true? My devices are not jailbroken, but I am still concerned. Has anyone else had there device's lock screen open for no reason, or been asked repeatedly to re-enter passwords they never entered? Or have Chrome block recently visited sites? Do the data log on my device hold any useful information?

Why does my ipod disconnect me from the internet at a certain time every night?

Every night at 9 pm my Ipod disconnects me from every app that requires internet. It says I am still connected to the internet but I still can't access my apps. I'm not sure what time it reconnects me in the morning. My Ipod had not been doing this until I got the latest update. I'm not sure if there is anything I can do to change this but if there is I would like to. I have gone through my Ipod and there are no restrictions set that I have noticed.

When I choose a certain genre, why does it go to a different one?

When I select the genre "Hip-Hop/Rap" on my iPod it takes me to the genre "R&B/Soul" and the music from that genre appears instead of the correct one.  When I select other genres it takes me to the correct one so this only happens to Hip-Hop/Rap.  As a test I changed all of the music from the Hip-Hop/Rap genre into another random genre (Jazz) and when I selected Jazz on my iPod it took me to the correct genre.  I then changed all of the music now under Jazz back into Hip-Hop/Rap and the problem still occurs.  I'm still able to play Hip-Hop/Rap music, but cannot select all of the music from there at once as a genre.  Please tell me how I can fix this problem.
