I connected my ipod touch to download the photos and videos from work and it started downloading the apps, when it finished it asked to be restored, thing I do not want because then I will loose eveything I have in it and I need it for tomorrow at work. Please help me out
Hi my daughter has the latest generation iPod Touch. Last night it indicated that there was an update available (6.1) which was accepted. It appeard to start going through the update cycle when the screen went blank and presented icons showing it should be attached to iTunes. I docked it to the PC and it just seems to be in a continuous loop of trying to restore to factory settings. It gets to the 4 minutes remaining point then starts all over again... Any suggestions?
I have restored it more than once but it keeps asking for a passcode even when I take it to factory settings. How can I take it back does anyone know?
