I have a 4th gen. IPod touch and I can't turn it on.  When I plug in the charging cord all I get is the apple logo.  The logo has stayed on the screen for at least ten minutes.  I have not dropped it or spilled anything on it.  It also did not have a dead battery. Somebody please help and let me know if I should pay somebody to fix it for me or if I can fix it myself.
