My daughter cannot purchase stuff off her itunes account all of a sudden. Shes never been asked these two security questions. When I go to apple.com to manage her acct. and try to simply reset the security questions, the reset link is not there like on mine. I have tried every web link Ive come across and even contacted apple support thru email == no response. She didnt have a recovery email established at the time when created Im assuming. Ive added mine but it still wont give me the option to reset. PLEASE HELP!!!!
