Hey I really need someone to give me a helpful answer. I'm trying to restore my ipod touch 4th generation but I keep getting the error that says for example "Bob's Ipod could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1602). I have reinstalled iTunes, Switched USB Slots and I have disabled my anti-virus. I don't know what else to do, My ipod still wont turn on so I have it in DFU Mode. Any Useful comments would be greatly appreciated.
